Rehabilitation and release are our top priorities
Our first priority lies with the quality care of the lives entrusted to our care, so that they can be returned to their homes in the wild. While in our care, each animal needs a habitat which must be fed and cleaned 2 to 3 times per day. We provide meals tailored to each species and medicate animals with injuries or illness as needed. Our guests require constant monitoring to ensure they progress towards rehabilitation. We also depend on the help of our wonderful veterinarians at the Winter Park Veterinary Hospital who selflessly devote their time and talents to assist with some of the more serious injuries and illnesses.
We love being able to release our native wildlife into their natural habitats. Every animal deserves to be wild and free. We are always looking for acreage to release animals on! If you can provide a safe place for wild animals with a wooded area and a water source away from busy roads (preferably at least an acre) let us know
